Flutainer UNI 275 (FU275)
The Flutainer IBC is a cost-effective bulk liquid container ideal for handling the storage and transportation of liquids and ultra-viscous fluids.
Thanks to the minimalist design concept, it has a significant cost advantage over traditional rigid containers.
Meanwhile, the Form-Fit design of the liner can perfectly fit the Transport-Bag and enable product residue as low as 0.5%.

Flutainer UNI helps you achieve the lowest residue levels on the market with ultra- viscous product (e.g., NLGI #1 Grease) residues as low as 0.5%. Using Flutainer UNI means you avoid unnecessary waste in your manufacturing process and can make the most use of every drop of product you buy.
According to the authority calculation, carbon emission in the total life cycle of a 200L steel barrel is 155.6L KG/1000L. And, for Flutainer UNI, max carbon emission in its entire life cycle does not exceed 45 KG/1000L, equivalent to 1/3 of the original.
A standard pallet space can store four steel barrels (plus requiring one pallet), equivalent to 800L. Holding Flutainer UNI in the same room can bear 1000L(requiring no extra pallet), which means Flutainer UNI has a better space utilization rate, lower storing and transportation costs.
In addition to residue savings, one Flutainer UNI is equivalent to 5 steel drums, and its waste volume is only 1/20 of 5 steel drums. At the same time, the user also gets a near-new standard plastic pallet after emptying the product, which creates considerable revenue or cost savings, whether it is used for recycling disposal or internal recycle-use within the factory.
